spent time with nature on a kapoho camping trip this weekend. remembered what it feels like to be present. to be here, now. soaked up some sun, witnessed in awe the power of the ocean, delighted in good company, without checking my iPhone every five minutes. i felt 100% there.

dirtywork
i really hate when people try to pass the responsibility on to you because they don't want to do it themselves even though it's their responsibility. i'm all for teamwork but i am not going to do your dirtywork!!!

the secret
my new years resolution is to live bt the laws of attraction, as mentioned in the quite popular publication 'the secret.' wish i had the book on hand so I could quote some quirky clever line that I would never think of myself.. wait a minute.. that's not positive thinking now is it? well then here's to my kardashian-like figure, my beautiful new home, and my loving caring husband.
